- Cancellation requests must be received within 24 hours from receipt of your order.
- After 24 hours, cancellation for Board & Batten and Plank shutters will not be accepted.
- Cancellation requests must be made via email - a product is not cancelled unless we email you back that the order has been cancelled.
- These new products are made-to-order and shipped in a 5-day lead time, therefore, there will be no returns allowed!
