Cancellation and Return Policy on Beams
- Cancellation requests must be received within 24 hours from receipt of your order
- After 24 hours, cancellation for Beams (Mesa, Tahoe, Hand-Hewn or Rough Sawn) and Board & Batten and Plank shutters will not be accepted
- Cancellation requests must be made via email - a product is not canceled unless we email you back that the order has been canceled
- These new products are made-to-order and shipped in a 5-day lead time, therefore, there will be no returns allowed!
FAQQ. Beams are only finished on 3 sides,(hollow on 4th side), if I am using this in a truss situation, how do I finish or close off the 4th side? A.
