Flush Framed louvers are used on larger sizes that require more support than pad-only louver option with quarter round moulding.
Flush Framed Louvers will be made to the exact Outside Measurement (OSM) ordered. Do not cut the hole in your door until the frame is received to ensure proper installation.
There are NO SCREW holes on flush framed louvers.
Sizes 20" and larger in width will be made with a vertical support bar. You may order without the support bar. There is a surcharge for this construction.
Unfinished Alder
- Face nailed into door core (no screw holes)
- Made to the exact outside measurement - we suggest that you do not cut hole in door until you receive louver
- Any size 20" wide or larger will have a center vertical bar (see picture)
- Many wood doors sold today are thinner than 1-3/4. The flush frame may protrude past the face of your door under this circumstance. This is not a defect
- Special Order - Not Returnable.
