Barn Flat Track Hardware Kit: RSS
RSS 3"- Flat Track Rail Barn Door Hardware Kit
For single wall sliding doors.
Each Kit includes: Pair of hangers (roller straps - actual wheel measurement 2-1/2");
Center Guide; Pair of Floor Stops; Wall Brackets (used to mount the track); Pair End of Track Stops; All fasteners.
Sets available for 24" opening (4' track), 36" opening (6' track) and 48" openings (8' track must be quoted - 800-518-0781)
Additional track and accessories are available for wider door openings.
To install two doors in your opening - purchase two kits and an optional splice kit
Rated for 250 pounds per door. Hardware will support a maximum door thickness of 1-3/4".
Where to locate the Center of the Rail: Height of Door + Desired gap at bottom + 1-1/8"
Gap between the wall (or surface where the brackets are mounted) and the door =1-15/16 minus door thickness.Total Height Including Roller Strap: Height of door + desired gap at bottom +1-7/8" (Top of door to top of track) + 5" (wheel diameter)
The wheels are made up of high density PVC for a quieter and smoother rolling door.
The rails and brackets are made out of sturdy extruded aluminum, making them light weight but strong.
The aluminum has a powder-coated black finish, similar to our decorative rolling barn door hardware.
